With 15 years of education UK would be the finest study destination to pursue MBA, as in order to pursue MBA from universities in US and Canada you need to have 16 years of education.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in UK , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

There are various option available after BCA, both in the technical and non technical fields. But as you have asked this question against a hotel management institute so i believe you have an interest in developing your career in this Industry.
