Dear Priyanshi,
It would be really helpful if you could have mentioned your basic qualification (B.Pharm, MBBS, Msc) as well because to pursue a career in clinical research MBA alone would not be a good choice. As your selection would be based on your technical knowledge i.e. your basic qualification and basic understanding of clinical research in the industry. Further I personally pursued Professional Diploma in Clinical Research (PDCR) from Catalyst Clinical Services, Delhi and currently working as a Project Manager for a leading CRO. I would advise you to pursue the same. For more information you can visit their website.

Dear Friend, clinical research is new emerging field in the medical science. however, it is not mandatory to have medical knowledge but you must have such background. at least PCMB in 12th. apart from you must have computer knowledge and the basic information about recent software application which are being used in the field.
of course, diploma is useful in your career, because companies hire the multi-skilled special people for higher positions. even you can use the MBA skills in your RC career.
and hence i would suggest to go ahead with the open options as sky is in ur hands.
regards
suklal
