The following categories of candidates are eligible to appear for GATE :
- Bachelor's degree holders in Engineering/Technology/ Architecture (4 years after 10+2) with minimum 60% and those who are in the final year of such programmes.
- Master's degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics/ Statistics/Computer Applications or equivalent and those who are in the final year of such programmes.

Infrastructures here at SIBM Pune is extremely good. We have state of the art library, recreation centre, gyms and sports. Also the classrooms are very nice with projectors, surround sound speakers, mikes etc.
The campus is located in beautiful hills of Lavale with buildings of awesome design. We have two computer labs, Auditorium halls as well.
Also we have two-two big hostels separate for boys and girls.

Your X, XII & Grad scores are good, dont feel discouraged with your XAT score, i would suggest you to go ahead and apply because that score plays an important role but its not the only score that is considered in selection procedure.
