M.C.A. or Master of Computer Applications is a postgraduate Information Technology course. Computer Application is a use of computer to solve a specific problem or to accomplish a particular job for an end user.
Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year degree examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering or any approved University) is eligible to apply.
Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. B.C.A. qualified candidates can also pursue M.C.A.
As you have not done HSC you are not eligible to pursue this course.

Eligibility is an essential criteria.You need to have passed a Bachelors degree exam(UGC recognized) with minimum 50% marks.Even if you have appeared the final year exam you will be considered for provisional admission which will be subject to you passing with min. 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The proof of the same should be submitted before September 25, 2015.
Also, you need to be C-MAT/CAT/CET/XAT/MAT/G-MAT appeared in their last conducted exam.
Coming on to the fee structure,the fees is Rs.6 lacs for two years(total fee of Rs.3 lacs per year).
