The placements have been good so far given the improving economic conditions.
Majority of the people who had applied for placements have been abrorbed.
The average CTC is hovering around 7.5 LPA.
Since we follow a continuous placement process so the exact data and the placement report would be available by May end. Around 80% have been placed with reputed firms.

Hi, CAT Cutoff for last year was around 89 percentile. And C-MAT was 3000 rank. N these change every year depending on number of applicants. You may not get call from KJ SOM, but still if you apply you then may get chance if any seats are vacant after counselling.

Yes pgdm from irma is equivalent to mba as per teh association of indian universities. there are students who have gone to b schools such as london school of economics etc. currently irma doesnt have any coollaboration with any foreign universities.

Its good for marketing as most number of companies come for marketing only.This year the strength of marketing student is double than of finanace.so if you are looking to do yiur specialisation in marketing then its Good Providing you have marking skills.
Looking at packages then dont expect too big package as you will get package in tange of 3.5 to 6 lakhs.
placement is not a problem as most of marketing student gets placement but the offer and job profile depends on your skills.
