On the basis of your profile, you can look for pursuing a masters in Hospital Administration course or an MBA (Entrepreneurship). There are short term courses too but a full time program is more helpful. Alternatively, you can look for Executive MBA.

Well to be honest there are more companies coming in for Marketing and finance compared to Human Resourse.The main reason being that every year there are around 600 students in all applying for placements .Depending on the market trends companies come or recruitment .TCS (for HR) coming to our campus since 2 years back to back.Faculty is good ,infrastructrure,library and the course is good.However if you are placement specific there is a thin line between getting placements in a reputed company or into some consultancy firm .
