What exactly do you mean by business related courses? If you mean management, then you should pursue a full time MBA program preferably from Tier-I institutes. The specialisation should be based on your area of interest.

First of all you need to decide which college you want to target and depending on that you need to prepare for the same. For example if you want to target IIMs then you need to prepare for CAT. You can look up the syllabus on the CAT website. There is nothing new in syllabus, you have already studied everything. You just need to practice and take tests.

There are many MBA options in the USA with different admission requirements. Typically, they will offer admission to candidates who have completed a 4 years degree. The minimum GPA will depend on the university. Some may also request you to complete GMAT and have professional experience. Since your GPA was low for your degree, you will have limited options.

SDMIMD does not consider MAT scores and your CAT percentile is very low , also as you have no work experience your chances of getting the call for PI is bleak.
