I believe Deb has already answered your question. I would recommend you to pursue the same from Sikkim Manipal University. Even though the cost is a bit high, the university is very well recognized by corporates.

well IIMs are the best colleges in india known for management degree only but to take admission in any IIM u have to take CAT entrence and qualify wth good percentile!!!!!!!!

we if u are in good company then u should continue with your job as your experience will count and can open more opportunities for u as compared to joining MBA. as your family is more needy so u must continue with job instead of MBA!!!!

may I ask about the work experience you have.cause for pHd you need to have atleast 5-6 yrs of work experience .also you will be required to have a research paper which will be required to send along with you application to the university.also you will be required to go in for the interview to Canad if they ask you.then you will be required to convince a professor to be your guide under whom you can complete your Phd.it is a very lengthy and costly process
