Hi,
the best destination for you is US. Majority of the top universities in the world in the field of computer science are located in US. Some examples are Stanford, MIT, University of California and many more. To qualify for admission, you will have to take the SAT and TOEFL. Target a score above 2200 in the SAT and above 100 in the TOEFL if you want admission in universities like Stanford. Also, atleast 85% and above will be required in class 12th.
For further details, please visit https://usa.shiksha.com
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Ravikanth, you have a good GRE and TOEFL score. But I would rather recommend UK and USA to you as both of these countries will be able to offer you a good and advanced level course. In Europe you can definitely get good Universities but not all countries offer free education. The fee in some countries is subsidized and in others students have to pay full fee. Also, there is an additional requirement of learning another language.
In UK and USA you can get Universities offering courses in English medium. Though UK will be difficult to get scholarship but if you try earlier you might get one.

Hi Sujay, SMU is one of the very few Government Universities in Singapore. If you get admission then I don't think there should be any looking back. But if you are trying SMU, then I would like to recommend you to also try for NTU and NUS which are of the similar or rather have higher standards that SMU.
