If you are talking International Federation of Commercial Arbitration Institution (IFCAI), this institution doesn't provide any courses whereas, if you want to know about PGPM programme of ICFAI, you need to appear for an entrance i.e. IBSAT to get a seat there.

Please be inform that you can definitely enroll for CFM Program from US. Firstly, you will have to complete the admission procedure with ISBM which can be done online. We will send you Application form, you need to fill & send it back us along with the work experience letter, Educational certificates & photographs. Payment of fees can be online through Net banking. Within 24 hours yo will receive the receipt of the same. After enrollment you will receive the study material along with ID card & Admission Letter within 21 working days.

Isha if may I ask why you are looking in for giving TOEFL. I do realize that you are planning to study overseas and it is one of the basic requirement to get admission. I would like to know your qualification background.the course you are willing to go in for and also would like to have confirmation if you are looking in for Canada only.The reason I am asking is may be TOEFL is not the mandatory in the choice of your intended course.If you can give me some details I can be able to provide some precise information

As Shiksha is an education portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on our part to give our personal opinion on any particular Institute. However, advisable would be that you opt for an Institute which is approved by one of the Educational bodies.
As far as CFA is concerned it is an International certification so better would be if you do it from CFA institute.
