If you mean full time MBA or PGDM program then please remember in order to pursue this program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks.
So with 43% marks in graduation you are not eligible to get admission in this program.
However if you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program only then in that case I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation and you are eligible to get admission in this program.
The other option for you would be to pursue MBA through distance education as in order to pursue this program you simply need to be graduate in any field.

I can totally understand your dilemma as I had gone through the same. But, to be honest, It would be right if you decide what you should do because you are the right person to make that decision. We as experts, can only guide and assist you with the same.
However, as you have completed your +2 with science; you can opt for MBBS (If you had biology), Engineering, Law, Journalism, Management, Banking and Finance etc.
