I can totally understand your dilemma as I had gone through the same. But, to be honest, It would be right if you decide what you should do because you are the right person to make that decision. We as experts can only guide and assist you with the same. You have to make your career in that field in which you are interested.
Every Branch in B.Tech have their own scope if you are interested in machines, cars, bikes, engines, motor vehicles, aircraft, satellites, power plants, energy systems, manufacturing etc mechanical is best for you.
If you are interested in computers , programming languages , software CSE is best for you.

Average 8.4 Lpa, Min 6 Lpa.

Fantastic Question. MBA and MMS are master degrees which can be given by recognised Indian Universities only. PGDM is a Diploma course given by autonomous Institutes or recognised by AICTE. PGDM is not equivalent to MBA.
