Hello Ganesh,
It mainly depends upon your interest. You may choose an arts subject, literature, engineering, science or medicine. After all, you will have all these as optional subjects in the Main examination. Therefore, take up the subject you like or find easy.
Always be in touch with the syllabus of the exam. If you have a clear understanding of how the exam goes, you are half ready for the examination. Go through the past five years exam question papers.
Good luck!

Hello Sainath,
This is quite a burning issue for some students. Particularly for those who want to opt out of a private engineering college. The easiest option is to pay fees of 4-years and get out. The tough option is to fight it out. You may have to go to court. Else keep failing in 1st-year repeatedly and cross limits set by universities.

Don't choose your career based on marks. Understand your strengths and think where it can be utilised in work-life as you are going to work for 40 years.
