There are several options in the field of Medical Science, even if you have not taken the NEET exam.

1. You can opt for a B.Tech in Biotechnology from a private university which does not require JEE Mains or NEET, like Amity University, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth. You can choose career paths in, Biomedical Engineer, Biochemist, Biomanufacturing Specialist, Medical Scientist etc.
2. B.Sc or B.Tech in Food Technology, this course is in demand nowadays. You can also enhance your career by pursuing an MBA after this. You can choose a career path as a Food Inspector, Quality Manager, Nutritionist, Technical Brewer, Product Development Executive, Food Technologist, etc.
3. B.Pharma:  You can also choose B.Pharma as pharmaceutical industries are growing these days. You can be a research scientist, or open a pharmacy. 
4. IISER Pune: You can pursue your career in research, teaching, or forensics after getting admission to IISER. Their BS+MS programme is worth a lot, there are many good opportunities after pursuing this program. It is a well-known institute. As you have already mentioned you have chosen Biology, Chemistry and Physics, you can opt for any specializations related to these 3 subjects.
5. Agriculture Science: You can choose your career path in the field of agriculture science. You can open your gates to government jobs. If you want to enhance your career you can opt for Agri-Business Administration (MBA).

Yes, you can take direct admission to the college for the AME course. However, you must fulfil some eligibility requirements,  

1. It is mandatory that the candidate has completed 10+2 with PCM only.
2. Or, one is eligible if he has completed a Diploma, 10+3 in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Aeronautical Engineering from any recognised board or university.

For admission, you need to visit the college and apply for the course. The tuition fee for the entire 3-year course is INR 3.60 Lakhs, apart from that there is a one-time payment fee of INR 2.40 Lakh. After the fee, you can start you course.
