WBJEEM (Entrance for medical) won't be held this year. All admissions to medical colleges will be done through only one exam - NEET. If you haven't applied for AIPMT, don't worry. You will be allowed to apply for the NEET-phase II exam.
Best of Luck.

If you find yourself very creative (in drawing and all) then go for B.Arch and if you don't have any interest in drawing stuff then I strongly advise you to not to opt B.arch as your career.
Between B.Tech and Physics honors, if you are getting admission in a reputed government college for B.Tech then keep your 1st option as B.Tech but, if somehow there are less chances of you getting a good college for B.Tech then you can keep physics honors from DU as an option.

If you want to stick around with IT and technology then MCA is a good choice, otherwise, MBA is better if you settle your career in managerial position.

Go for it if you have patience and will to get those licenses ASAP.
It's glamorous field but needs lots of hard work, patience and money. You will not regret after couple of years when you will start flying your dream machines.
But as being a pilot and engineer too I would say that I love flying and love everything about it.
Yes, it was hard to get job as pilot and that phase was most depressing one.
But today! I love my job and everyday seems like Sunday.
About 90/100 pilots love what they are doing.
This 40L you are talking about can be seen as your future investment as well.
In fact you will end up paying more than 40L.

Commercial Pilot Training programme is a very good course to pursue. The minimum requirement is 12th with PCM 50% marks. Now about paying back the training fee to the bank, it is dependent on your job. If you manage to get the job immediately after you get your CPL, you can return the fee to the bank in 2-3 years time.

Yes, sure. You hold great chances for that. Well i can share my personal experience here. During my 12th passing year I scored 126 marks in JEE and I got E&C in NIT KUK under OBC and home state quota that very year. Although I dropped that opportunity for some better options.
So, the thing is that you hold chances for your desired college if you have a fair enough 12th percentage.
Good luck!
