It's my best suggestion to you please stop of thinking in B.Tech biotechnology side, as I was a victim who did my B.Tech and M.Tech in biotechnology. Library wise IIT's and NIT's having vast type of journals and books, even Amity University and Lovely Professional University is also having good libraries. Placement wise no college including IIT's and NIT's are providing placements in core side for sure, but in Lovely Professional University few clinical trials companies providing them placements up to some extent.
