Last year (2016), applications were taken telephonically once the MH-CET results were declared and candidates were notified by the college of their interview details and procedures. However, to be on the safer side you should keep checking with the college then. For minority seats, you'll have to fill in your DTE form with the required minority details and submit the required documents. Once you are registered under the minority category there, the CAP rounds will take care of the procedure forward and the institute will fill their minority and CAP quota accordingly. However in case of insufficient applications, the college may also take minority applications offline like ILS, hence it is also better if you check with the college around then. Please note XIMR considers only Roman Catholics for their minority admissions.
