Obviously B.Tech is aircraft maintenance is 10 times better than B.Sc because with B.Tech you will get degree in technology and you'll get more job opportunities in both sector government and private and you can also pursue higher education such as M.Tech and you will get more annual packages than B.Sc holders.

Yes, you'll have to study mathematics in BCA. You'll study maths in atleast 3 semesters of your BCA. Maths is a mandatory subject in BCA and you can't skip maths. If you have studied Maths in your +2 then you'll maths of BCA somewhat easy as compared to non-mathematical students. You have actually stated something but have not proceeded to ask any query. Perhaps you desire the meaning of these terms? B.Tech or BE in Aeronautical engineering or Aerospace engineering is one and the same. B.Tech in avionics is the study of various airborne systems provided onboard which help it to fly. B.Tech aircraft maintenance engineering is misnomer. It's actually a three year B.Sc. Course in AME.

No, with a rank of above 4 lakhs, you chances of getting a seat in VSSUT are nearly nil. For getting a seat in VSSUT, you have to keep a rank in JEE Mains within 3 lakhs.
