Hi rhuthuja, it all depends upon your area of interest. These two courses has their own importance. B.Sc. Hospitality:-
It has 3 years duration, level of this course is graduation, eligibility for this course 10+2. And BBA is Bachelor of business administration it is. I can only give you information about this it is up-to-you what you will choose.
Both courses are good in their own field.

Hi, With 73 marks in JEE Mains paper-2 exams and 90% score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in NIT's but can get admission in some other colleges.

Admissions are purely done on the JEE Mains rank so I'd suggest you to visit josaa.nic.in and check the previous year's cutoffs of your home state NITs as in most of the cases it is easier to get home state NIT because of home state quota.

No, Vellore Institute of Technology has its own engineering entrance exam VITEEE, as it is a deemed to be university. So if one is willing to join VIT, then one must secure a good rank in VITEEE. And so, it is the only entrance exam that makes a candidate eligible for admission to any campus of VIT University.
