Placements are reliable when we talk about the BBA LLB course but personal capacity does play a very vital role.
As per industry standards, current placements are above 5-6 lakhs.
Also one should not fully rely on the placements but also work individually for getting the best.

For change of college you should have good academic marks. Also there will be availability of seat in the institution where you want to go and also your recent institution must permit you. 1st shift offers you more time in hand. You have a lot of time to roam around, pursue a hobby, go back and relax, study- in short, anything you wish to do
2nd shift, there is no time for any other activity or usual outings after college, until and unless you've permission to enter your home late. The rules are stricter in 2nd shift. More discipline, more stress over attending not-so-useful labs, higher attendance criteria. But then, there's absolutely no difference or biasing on the basis of difference in shifts
