In order to pursue MS in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.

HI Naveen, although you have scored well in academics, am afraid your GRE scores are not upto the mark. You may have to settle with low ranked univ with this score.
But you being academically good, I would suggest you to invest more time in GRE coaching and appear for exam again. A good GRE score is 1300+ and scores below 1100 do fetch admission.
