Hi Katherine,
To go for a Masters level degree programme in Psychology, you need to have some Psychology background, so if you had Psychology as a subject in 12th or in your graduation then you may get admission in Masters level programme of psychology, otherwise it might be difficult. However, you can try through correspondence Institutes where you may get admission even without Psychology background. Try with the following Institutes: Annamalai University, Nalanda Open University, Bharathiar University, and University of Chennai etc.

Hi Shyana,
As Shiksha is an Educaion portal which believes in giving unbiased guidance it would be unfair on my part to give my personal opinion. However, Sanghvi being affiliated to University of Mumbai, technically speaking is a Distance learning programme, whereas Acropolise which is affiliated with Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Indore) which is one of the known Universities of Indore, according to me Accropolise would be a better choice.
However, I would like to add here that few of the things which you should give due weightage to are: First and foremost the recognition of the Institute (the institute must be recognized by UGC or AIC
