UPTU is a state level entrance exam, i.e. if you wish to pursue MBA from Uttar Pradesh only then you may take this test.
However as per your query, I would suggest you to take various management entrance tests like CAT, MAT,XAT, SNAP, etc by this you may have the option of getting admission in good B-schools throughout India.
Regarding preparation of these tests, I would suggest you to join some good coaching institute in your city which offers quality coaching for various management entrance tests.
These institute offers regular and weekend classes, plus they conduct mock test on regular basis.

As per my search I could find some colleges offering B.Sc aeronautics in the country. Below is the list.
-HAL - Pravara Aviation Institute
-Punjab Engineering College
-Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Science
-University of Mumbai
