UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.
If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above then you may sit for the exam.

Graduation in one sitting is illegal and not acceptable for higher education or jobs in public/private sector.
It is advisable that you pick 3 years full time or distance under graduate degree program.
It is advisable that you pick a bachelors's degree program now and by the end of 2nd year, pick coaching for the IBPS exam (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection).

BFM/BBM
BAF
B.A Economics
*Till the time you join a professional coaching institute, I would advice you for self preparation.

Please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
So you may pursue any of these course as per your interest and and liking, i.e. if you wish to build your career in pharma field, then you may pursue M.Pharma, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
Please remember per your profile you may surely pursue MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
