UPSC examination is conducted every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited.
To be eligible :
- You need to pass graduation in any field from any recognized university.
- You are eligible if you are in the final year of graduation.
- Your age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
- You must be an Indian citizen.
If you fulfill the criteria mentioned above then you may sit for the exam.

Graduation in one sitting is illegal and not acceptable for higher education or jobs in public/private sector.
It is advisable that you pick 3 years full time or distance under graduate degree program.
It is advisable that you pick a bachelors's degree program now and by the end of 2nd year, pick coaching for the IBPS exam (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection).

Please remember both the course you mentioned are two different course and both offers good career prospects and excellent growth opportunities.
So you may pursue any of these course as per your interest and and liking, i.e. if you wish to build your career in pharma field, then you may pursue M.Pharma, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
Please remember per your profile you may surely pursue MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
The job opportunities available for students of MBA after completing B.Pharmacy are quite abundant nowadays. Some of the areas where you may work are:
- Drug Control Administration.
- Health Centres.
- Manufacturing.

- Teaching.
You may also get jobs with research facilities and large hospitals. In addition to this, jobs are available in western countries too.

Please note that, the final selection in full time MBA or PGDM program is made on the basis of:
1. Education background of the students. i.e. 50% marks in graduation.

5. Other activities like participating in various event like debates, quiz, extra curricular activities, etc.

The remuneration of MBA students is dependent upon the type of organizations that takes them in.
Freshers will earn around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 each month. With increase in experience individuals can make as much as Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 35,000 every month. This will go up as you gain more experience.
