Though there is no maximum age limit set for taking up flying training, usually the cut off age for getting into any airline as a Pilot is 35 years. And if you are medically fit, you can continue to fly till you are 60.

If you mean IPCC then Under Direct Entry Scheme for Graduates in ICAI.
Graduates or Post Graduates falling under Commerce stream having secured in aggregate a minimum of 55% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized University (including Open University) are are exempted from appearing for CPT.
In other words students who have done graduation or Post graduation through commerce side should secure aggregate of 55% marks to pursue IPCC directly.
If your courses is from commerce side then you are surely eligible to pursue IPCC directly.

Private Pilot Licence is for the people who want to take up flying as a hobby and fulfill their passion. Unfortunately, You cannot be employed as a pilot with any operator with PPL.
