In order to pursue MBA from good institute you must hold a bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA, plus you need to take CAT test.
Please note that each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of selection which may be independent of each other.
The process may include:
1. Written Ability Test (WAT).
2. Group Discussions (GD)
3. Personal Interviews (PI).
Performance in CAT examination is an important component in the admission process.

If you mean IPCC then I am afraid that you are not eligible to pursue IPCC directly.
Under Direct Entry Scheme for Graduates in ICAI.
Graduates or Post Graduates other than those falling under Commerce stream having secured in aggregate a minimum of 60% of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized University (including Open University) are are exempted from appearing for CPT.
In other words students who haven't done graduation or Post graduation through commerce side should secure aggregate of 60% marks to pursue IPCC directly.
