If you look onto the last 5 years' placement record then you will find that the placements are having a linear increment and the placements of the 2013 are having average of 2.8 LPA only and this reaches to 4.2 LPA in 2018.

The Eligibility criteria for our new MBA programme with collaboration with Pondicherry University is as follows:
A candidate is eligible for admission to the MBA programme, provided he/she possesses any Degree from a recognized University under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 or 11+2+2 streams. Applicants possessing degrees awarded by the Universities not recognized by the UGC are not eligible for admission.
And your tag says that you want to have the Diploma course in HRM. You are also eligible for that.

If you are not keen interested in computer languages, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.
