Hi,
Glad that you're thinking to learn more about one of the most booming and career-worthy fields in today's time which is Data Science. It is quite popular and demanding among a lot of students and other professionals in terms of learning and making a good career in it. Coming back to your query, if you want to become a Data Scientist after completing B.Tech or Masters in Statistics, you can think for a few short-term courses from well-known organizations. For that, I would highly recommend Imarticus Learning, which is an educational institute provides such training programs on specific fields like - Analytics, Finance, Technology, et

Your profile is exceptional for being a prospective IIM-A PGP student. I would suggest that you should study hard and try to score more than 95-97 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIM-A.

Hi,
There is no easy way here. You have to meet the admission requirements, if you don't then I am sorry. With a three year degree options will be limited since Canadian universities generally accept only four year degree course. Unless you want to do a PG Diploma course from a college which can be done. Otherwise look for other country options such as Singapore, UK, Australia, Sweden, etc.

If you have 10 backlogs then probably engineering is not a good choice for you. Also, most good Universities won't consider you unless you give them a "passed" transcript for all subjects and semesters. I'm talking about good universities. If you really have some good projects and high quality work experience you can give it a try though.
