Hi Abhishek,
The exam is very easy. There is not going to be a major challenge as the IP University entrance exam is more of general answering and reasoning. As far as mathematics is concerned, only generic mathematics questions would be asked. Questions has logical reasoning Andhra Pradesh/GP series and sets. Related questions and other general questions. Then there would be English comprehensions also. The paper is very easy to clear. You can prepare from any general reference books.

You can go for ITI apprenticeship else after ITI you can go for diploma as a lateral entry in a good college as well. Some information about apprenticeship that an apprenticeship programs include on-job-training accompanied by studies as well. As you have completed ITI, do not be confused with an internship. Unlike internships, apprenticeships are for the longer term, pay is high and you get a job after it. So its more like Job with salary and you get to work.
