Yes you may surely pursue tally and BBA simultaneously, pursuing tally course will surely help you in getting a good job after BBA.
I would suggest that once you complete your BBA you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program as it will further enhance your career prospects.
