Hi Eeshan,
Never do your MBA to get a salary hike or return on investment, you will always be disappointed if that's your approach. Do an MBA because you are genuinely interested in management as a career. Money will follow if you are really good at what you do.
If you really want to look at return on investment before pursuing MBA then go for colleges that you are sure will give you.
Talk to seniors and alumni, make an informed choice.

Hi,
Oracle DBA and Software Testing both are two different things.
My understanding is that you need to know which of the two is better for a good career. Again as for my experience Software testing is good, if you are working with testing tools.
For a DBA it is a never ending learning experience. It is challenging and you can have good opportunities. First thing, if you want to be a DBA you should have lot of patience.
