I can totally understand your dilemma as I had gone through the same.
Thus, It would be right if you decide what you should do and what will be best for you because you are the right person to make that decision. We as experts, can only guide and assist you with the same.
A lot would depend on the branch that you wish to pursue for your engineering, as different branch have different scope.
All the courses are equally good and thus it will be difficult to tell which is better.

YCMOU is a state university and after completing BA from there, you can apply to other universities for higher education subject to fulfilling their conditions, fo example NMIMS and Symbiosis do not accept a distance education degree for their full time MBA course but IIM accept

As per your query it seems that you are confused to opt specialization in MBA.
Please remember that MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
- Finance.
- Marketing.
- Human resources, etc.
Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization in MBA.
