The more you score in studies, the more you will earn points which will help you in getting a PR. Your IELTS score also carry points, that's why people are advised to score more in IELTS.
Other factors are also included for e.g. permanent work, if your spouse is also coming along you to Canada having good academic qualifications then her points will be added to your points or if you have a relative who is a PR of Canada. So, there is a point scale system in Canada for getting a PR.

Hello Rana Ji,
MBA is not a good option if you are planning to study it from abroad.
Problem is that countries like USA, UK, Germany, etc. give preference to their own students first unless you have an awesome set of skills. So, its better to go for Indian colleges for MBA to have high chance of scoring a job.
Masters is another option that can be the solution if you want to land abroad.

Yes, you can change your university in the 2nd year, but here comes a condition that the college in which you want to go allows lateral admission or not and some colleges and universities have some prior benchmarks that you need to achieve before taking lateral admission. I would refer that, first check it with the university that they allow lateral admissions or not and what all are their benchmarks.

Scope of production engineering is much more than you can think. Usually in multinational companies a production engineer controls a manufacturing department. That means mechanical engineers comes under a production engineer. Please don't misunderstand that a mechanical engineer is below a production engineer. It is just that a production engineer with high grade pay always comes top (in the management area).
