Engineering Diploma holders and B.Sc students are eligible for lateral entry into 2nd year of engineering in some of the engineering colleges. You are eligible for transfer to other branch or institute after first year based on university and college rules & regulations. Every university had different rules and regulations on transfer.

USA is the mecca of management education. Maximum top ranked International B-Schools are in USA. If you can afford it and get admission in any of the top B-School then it is the best career option. Even if you take loan for education in USA, you will be able to repay it quickly by working in USA. USA work visa is a challenge, which is big risk which you may evaluate before taking decision on admission in USA universities or B-Schools.

You could choose Bachelors or Masters in hospital management. For Bachelors, at least 50% is needed. Eligibility for post graduate courses varies from institute to institute and based on courses. There will be entrance exams, group discussions and interviews to take up. There are certificate courses and distance learning too if you want to check out. Some fields for career are large corporates, public sector hospitals, international and national healthcare organizations and health insurance companies, colleges and universities, healthcare portals, nursing homes, pharmaceuticals, medical software companies and hospital consulting firms.

Lithuania is not a good country to study. The fees is also high, but it is true that they will provide PR for bright students. In my suggestion, you can choose Canada, if your academic score is good.
