Most of the students from engineering background opt for either finance or operations as their specialization in MBA.
However, I would suggest that before opting for any specialization you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best specialization as per your interest and liking.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which specialization to opt that can further enhance your career prospects.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
- Finally, if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses of your further studies.

I agree with the Answers posted by respected Advisors. But I would like to add something even more important in order to improve your physics. That is your study material. Sure you need to know the concepts behind any laws and have a strong Maths foundation, but where will you imbibe the concepts from? The answer is a good Teacher, Tutor and the Right Book. Focusing on Books for self study, you will find hundreds of books on physics, but not all have a systematic approach to guide you or teach you the subject. I personally find the Arihant series for Physics, Chemistry and Maths really thorough with every concept. Plus they have ample amount of tricky, nice and concept oriented questions that help you get used to the concept.
Another way of improving physics is changing your mind set while studying. In Physics, there is always a reason behind all the fundamentals. If you get stuck on a question or a problem, always investigate it. Never be satisfied with the answer and eventually end up just mugging it up. Question the Answer, as to why is the answer so, look for the theory behind it, play around and experiment with the equations of the theory and laws concerned. I assure you, if you keep this up sincerely, not a single question can go unsolved. Sure it may take some time to solve, even if its just one question, but speed will follow once the approach is mastered.
