I am working in plant of BIRLA and just looking the working culture as well as the conditions of security personnel,
Better to work in Army and do B.Ed parallel yours job and there are reservation in teaching field.

Both the courses have their own benefits. You have to make your own choice based on teh flair and interest you have. If interested in general managemnt, project management MBA will be better choice.

If you wish to build your career specifically in the field of travel and tourism sector only, then pursuing MBA in travel and tourism would be the best option for you.
