As explained in my remark, you will have to clear your UG backlog before you can seek admission in PG course from any of UGC/AICTE approved institutions. Bangalore has many good colleges and universities but what is your degree course? If you mention then only, university/college can be suggested.

you may consider colleges offering foreign university, the disadvantage could be they are not AICTE or UGC approved but the advantage is there will be a confirmed degree and provide flexibility to working professionals. Mdi Apollo international institute is offering Stratford University. G.D Goenka is offering Lancester University's degree. I also suggest you to work on minutest details while considering this option to be sure for authenticty. Regards

You will not gain anything by doing this 2 years correspondence course from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Mumbai. Because, either do CA and become certified Charted Accountant or pursue some course in corporate taxation law to gain more in your current occupation.
