The Diploma is a full- time one year program for students planning to pursue professional studies at institutions with English as the medium of instruction. The program provides the students with an opportunity to improve their skills in English language for spoken and written communication as well as for academic purposes at the graduate and post graduate levels.
The program is spread over 2 semesters in one year.The program shall run 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. In addition, the student shall be required to work in the reading room/language lab.In addition to the English language courses, the program has courses in the following foreign languages:German/ French/ Spanish/ Chinese/ Japanese.The students are required to select one of these languages.A course in Spoken Hindi forms a part of the program.
The following two credit courses without examination are included in the program. (a) Computer Applications
(b) Personality Development

Passing Std. XII or Diploma of any course from any recognized Board of Education.
