From what I've seen, internships are available for BBA students, but most campus internship opportunities are offered in the later years, especially during the final year. Many of these are in sales, marketing, business development, and related roles. If you want internships in the first or second year, it's usually better to apply off-campus while building your skills through certifications and projects.
