Bachelors in Engineering and Bachelors in Technology, both are just different nomenclatures for same degree. Some old institutions use BE as their choice and rest use B.Tech. Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding. There are large number of institution all across the country which confer these degrees, so choosing the r

    Hello!
B.Tech in CS is 4 year duration course where as B.Sc. CS is a 3 year duration course. B.Tech in CS is a professional degree where as B.Sc. In CS is a normal degree. Practical knowledge of a B.Tech in CS graduate and B.Sc. CS graduate will be different. Pay scale after securing a job for both B.Tech in CS graduate and B.Sc. CS graduate will be different. Scope and career opportunities varies as per the course. Now with this you need to make sure you choose a right academic partner. Few of the leading universities that offer both these courses are : 1. IIT
    2. Lovely Professional University, Punjab
    3. Delhi College of Engineering, Del

    Hello,
One should go for professional courses to work as professionals. B.Tech has more scope and jobs. B.Sc will lead to research or teaching. Choose wisely. All the best.

B.Tech in CS is better than B.Sc CS, because B.Tech in computer Science is more practical oriented one than B.Sc in CS. So, my suggestion is B.Tech in CS.
