Should I go for NIT or SASTRA University with 145 marks in JEE Mains to pursue CSE in B.Tech (General Category)?

It's good to see your dream of getting into NIT. Also to do CSE. But, if I may say so you have a bit less score. However, I am attaching a link that will predict college for you:

If you can get into top NIT's like Trichy, Suratkal, etc., obviously join them. But SASTRA's B.Tech CSE is better than many NITs, so if you get a top one go for it, otherwise, SASTRA is always a good choice (for identifying top NITs go through the govt's recent rankings).
