    Hotel management does not always relate with cooking or something like cleaning. It overall concentrate on all the core operations in a hotel to move on. If you do not have any interest in cooking, try to find a field where you can go free of mind and do something creative with your own ideas. If you your English communication skills are best, you can pursue Hotel management course in front office. Every work profile in hotel deals with your own personal experience and interest.     Hi,
    Yes, you can definitely go to Institute of hotel Management even if you don't have interest in Cooking. Hotel management is not only about cooking or food production department. There are four core or major department in a hotel organisation those are
    1) Food and Beverage Service
    2) Housekeeping
    3) Front office
    4) Food Production
    so if you are not interested in food production you can choose any of the other three departments to start off your career.

    Yes, you can join a Hotel Management college, even if you don't have interest in cooking. You can look for other courses like: -
