As the famous saying goes “There will be as many opinions as men". What this means is that there will be as many opinions as you ask! Everybody has a right to have an opinion. But, there are some questions wherein both possible opinions may be correct. It depends on the issue in question and the personal experience of the one dishing out opinions. Higher studies or job first, and then higher studies is also one such topic where there will be enough people vociferously arguing that only their viewpoint is correct. What are the various challenges in the current world? As you will work with an organization, you will get to know the nitty-gritty of working culture.
