Hi Sandeep, you have high chances of converting if you make a decent PI and WAT. If your academics are also good, then it adds to your score. Prepare well and be confident in the interview. All the best. -

Since, you've got a call, your CAT percentile now holds only 20% weight towards your admission. Having 36 months of work experience certainly boosts your chances, but a lot also depends on your 10th, 12th, and graduation scores and also, on your WAT/PI performance.

You'll find that girls and non-engineering are given additional points too.
That being said, I still feel that you have quite a good chance of getting admission in SJMSOM.
