Lets face the reality. Except few government run medical colleges, one needs to pay a lot of money to get admission. Most medical colleges in India are run run money spinning machine by private people/bodies. This racket ran upto the dismissing and arrest Head of Medical college licensing authority. A MMBS seat cost between 25 lakhs to 60 lakh depending on the time of booking, location and the standard of the college, in addition to yearly approved fees. Agents openly advertise in newspapers offering to get you a seat. A MD.MS seat costs 1 to 2 crores. Would you still talk of MD/MS as an option to for after MBBS?

I see five clear career options for MBBS doctors - (i) Clinical career as general physician after MBBS, (2) Clinical career as specialist or super-specialist after further studies in clinical field like MD/MS; DM/MCh, (3) Medical Research career in clinical/ pharmaceutical/ community health after further studies in relevant PG or PhD, (4) Medical Administrator after MHA or MBA, and (5) business/ technological/ production/ marketing career in corporate sector after MS/MD/MBA in health management. Hope it helps and bring clarity in choosing clear career options.

I think you'd make more money if you just go into healthcare management. Whatever the field, finance will always be the core function. So anyone who can handle the finance and administration well, will be revered and sort after. I suggest that you have a look at this program option because you study medical further.
If you're looking out for an institute, I would recommend that you look out for Welingkar Institute in Mumbai.
