Which are the best courses that need to be done after completion of B.Sc in agriculture? I did not get M.Sc and I'm not interested in competitive exams, so please suggest some other.

Some agriculture input companies recruit their employees through campus placement, but this choice is not so effective for a bright future. Your degree is valuable. You can start a pesticide or agri-inputs shop, if someone wants to enter into retail business. Agriclinics and agribusiness centers scheme of GoI can be utilized for providing technical skills to farming community at village level. In foreign countries, Indian agriculture students are most valued because of their sound academic base and hardworking nature. One can apply for post-graduation in USA, Canada, Australia, Israel and other EU countries. You can also settle in good job in India or abroad after your degree from a foreign university. Like any graduate degree, you can appear for any government exam like UPSC, CDS RBI, NABARD, etc. For agriculture graduates special posts are coming in NABARD (2017) which is very prestigious and high salaried. State department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries time to time recruit agriculture graduates for Agriculture Officers, Agriculture Extension Officer, etc. It is filled through respective public service commission. After earning post-graduation several other avenues are opened like you are eligible for ARS exam which is conducted by ASRB to recruit agriculture scientists in ICAR system. Even one can apply to other organizations like ISRO, DRDO, etc. With hard work, passion and patience you can move to even other related life Science disciplines like Biotechnology, etc. I have tried my best to explain the points. If anything is missed one can add it in comments. Good luck for future endeavors.
