Both the branches are good at their place. If a student is much interested to become a software engineer then he/she must go for IT, else if they want to work for a product-based or service-based company then go for CSE. I will suggest doing these programme from LPU Jalandhar, Punjab
Specializations: CSE students get many specializations while studying CSE to enhance their knowledge according to their interests such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. Apart from this other benefits are there in LPU while studying for bright students in academics as well as extracurricular activities. The main distinction between these two fields is that IT is concerned with the application of computing technology to real-world operations, whereas Computer Science is concerned with the Science that enables these applications. In both the public and private sectors, B.Tech CSE and IT has a lot of potential. There are a variety of colleges and universities to choose from, but Lovely Professional University is the finest place to study these courses because it has regularly been regarded as the best private university in national and worldwide rankings. My brother earned his B.Tech. In Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Profe

CSE (Computer Science & Engineering) and IT (Information technology) both are considerably similar but with notable differences. Many students in India are confused between CSE and IT due to the lack of understanding of the minute differences between the two streams of engineering. The main difference between the IT and CSE branch- :
CSE are involved in many perspectives of computing, from the design of microprocessors, PCs, supercomputers to circuit designing, and writing programs that power them and IT involves the use of computers and software to save, preserve the process, transmit, and securely recover data. IT professionals delive

Generally, computer Science refers to designing and building computers and computer programs. Information technology, on the other hand, refers to maintaining and troubleshooting those computers and their networks, systems, and databases to ensure they run smoothly. In specific if we talk about curriculum :
CSE: we have machine learning, web development, robotics. AI, Game design, cyber security etc. IT: It primarily deals using, maintaining and improving computer systems with strong focus on courses related to technologies to solve business processes. It has cloud computing, IOt etc. My brother has done his B.Tech CSE from LPU so I was

CSE: the student's study designing, implementation, and management of information systems of both software and hardware processes. IT: the students study the area which involves installation, development, and implementation of computer systems and applications. LPU has a good review for their B.Tech CSE course. I am saying this because recently they were in the newspaper for the best placement. LPU focuses on practical knowledge a lot, they have high tech labs and dedicated MAC lab for iOS development, each core subject has a different practical subject for it. Also in today generation knowledge and education is not only based on textb

Major difference between both these field is that IT deals with the application of computing technology to real life processes, while, Computer Science deals with the Science that facilitates these applications. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task computer Science & Engineering is an academic programme at many universities which comprises scientific and engineering aspects of computing. To my advice, one must go for Computer Science and Engineering as it has been one of the most lucrative and competitive course to study since its inception in Indian engineering colleges. I wou

The major difference between both these field is that IT deals with the application of computing technology to real life processes, while, Computer Science deals with the science that facilitates these applications. To make it short and simple, Computer Science is the creation of software and hardware by using different programming skills. On the other hand, IT is just the selection of the proper software or hardware for the task.
Being an alumni of LPU I had lot of friends in CSE stream so I had an idea about the B.Tech CSE. An Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with releva
