Both the branches are good at their place. If a student is much interested to become a software engineer then he/she must go for IT, else if they want to work for a product-based or service-based company then go for CSE. I will suggest doing these programme from LPU Jalandhar, Punjab

CSE is Engineering branch which will focus both on Hardware and Software, Designing, Architecture of Computers
