The passing marks for the AIBE (All India Bar Examination) exam vary from year to year and are decided by the Bar Council of India. However, candidates must score a minimum of 40% marks to pass the exam. The AIBE is not an open book exam anymore, and candidates are allowed to carry Bare acts without notes to the exam center. The Bar Council of India (BCI) publishes the cut off marks for AIBE XVII exam after the declaration of results. The AIBE cut-off marks is the minimum marks (or percentage) that candidates need to obtain in their category to clear the certification exam. Only candidates who secure the cut off marks will be issued the Certificate of Practice as a proof of qualifying the bar examination. As per the minimum marks criteria, The expected cutoff marks for AIBE 2023 are given below.
