What are the prerequisites or skills required to take up HR Analytics immediately after graduation (BMS HR) from a non technical background?

I am in the final year of Bachelor of Management Studies Human Resources and want to pursue HR Analytics. What are some best institutes offering it?

    Hi Yash!
    There is nothing any special prerequisites as such for HR Analytics. And you are from HR background itself you will surely get the competitive advantage over it. The basic skills like (Data Analytics, Employees Attraction Analysis, Pay optimisation techniques, etc. are some of the fundamental knowledge that a typical HR requires and perform as a daily task. Additionally, you should have good command over statistics and excel also (since you want to be HR Analyst, probably you know why I am saying this!).
