Hi Mohit.
The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery and management of Loyalty programmes for Sovereign with its key customer groups, advisers and policy holders. Success will be a real investment in loyalty translating this into growth in customer engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong Loyalty programme for Advisers and customers
- Work closely with the insights team to understand key drivers of loyalty
- Manage third party vendors and partners across the loyalty area
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Engagement to develop strategic goals and metrics
